Lior Bebera
Chief Executive Officer
At the heart of The Stay Collection is its founder and CEO, Lior Bebera — a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years of international experience across four continents and 12 countries.
Having begun his career with a hotel management apprenticeship in Germany, Lior built his expertise from the ground up, developing a deep operational understanding of the industry. Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles with globally recognized companies such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Radisson Hotel Group, and Meliá Hotels International.
His career spans all key areas of hotel operations — from Rooms Division and Food & Beverage to Commercial Strategy and Executive Leadership — giving him a uniquely holistic view of what drives performance in hospitality. Lior is particularly recognized for his ability to step into complex and challenging environments, successfully repositioning underperforming hotels, leading pre-openings, and acting as a strategic "firefighter" for properties in need of decisive turnaround and direction.
Driven by a passion for excellence and people, Lior founded The Stay Collection to extend his expertise beyond individual properties and support hotels and organizations in unlocking their full potential. The company focuses on performance optimization, revenue growth, profitability, employee engagement, and elevated guest experiences.

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Performance
Diana Misail leads the commercial side of The Stay Collection, translating guest experience into measurable business performance. With more than 15 years of experience leading international sales teams and managing high-value hospitality assets, she specialises in revenue performance, distribution strategy, and commercial systems that drive sustainable growth.
Her focus is the intersection of guest psychology and commercial architecture — understanding how the decisions guests make are shaped by the experience they receive, and how that experience can be designed to improve occupancy, ADR, and ancillary revenue simultaneously.
Diana brings a discipline of data-informed commercial thinking to every engagement — ensuring that the work we do always connects back to measurable financial outcomes.
Iulia Claudia Hrihor
Operations & Performance Delivery
Iulia Claudia Hrihor is a hospitality performance specialist with experience in luxury five-star environments, complex pre-openings, and operational restructuring across multiple markets. Her work is defined by a commitment to disciplined execution — not in theory, but in practice.
She leads the operational delivery of all client engagements at The Stay Collection, overseeing on-site audits, training programmes, and the implementation of performance improvement frameworks. Her focus is quality consistency, team alignment, and building the internal structures that allow a high-performing hotel to sustain its standards over time.
Iulia Claudia has developed training systems, SOP frameworks, and operational cultures across properties ranging from boutique luxury hotels to large resort operations — always with the same priority: real-world execution that produces results that are visible to guests.
